Indoor Air Quality ecosystem IAQe visits Poland in May 21-22, 2019. Almost 20 people from IAQe’s partner companies, VTT and Tamlink Oy, which acts as a coordinator of ecosystem, will join the trip. The two-day visit is intended to provide a comprehensive picture of the current situation on the Polish indoor air market, the actors, possible cooperation opportunities and future trends. The program is designed in close cooperation with Business Finland Poland.
Program of the trip
At Tuesday 21st of May the program starts at 09:00 with Indoor Air Quality Finnish – Polish Seminar. Seminar ends at 14:30 after the networking lunch. Event will be held on 21.05. at Soundgarden Hotel in Warsaw. The seminar is an excellent opportunity for sharing experiences related to indoor air quality topics and networking. The program includes presentations from both Poland and Finland, among others by Prof. Marzenna Dudzinska from Politechnika Lubelska, Mr Hannu Salmela from Technical Research Center VTT and other distinguished speakers. Indoor Air Quality Ecosystem from Finland will be presented at the seminar. Visitors of the seminar consists of invited guests from Polish Indoor Air Quality sector, including actors from architect companies, construction companies, instalations’ designers, branch associations, facility managers, media and city authorities and other participants e.g. distributors and academics.

After the seminar IAQ ecosystem’s participants from Finland will meet with a Polish department of an international real estate organisation to get more familiar about the market and IAQ value chain in Poland – and to network, of course!
On the evening of our first day of visit we have a pleasure to have a reception at the Residence of Ambassador of Finland, Mr. Juha Ottman. The reception starts with the welcome by the Ambassador of Finland followed by the short presentation about IAQ Ecosystem and possible Q&A. After the speeches the reception continues with networking. Participants of the reception are IAQ ecosystem’s participants and invited Polish IAQ actors.
After the reception at the Ambassador we'll might have a little after party – we’ll see!
On the second day of our visit, we’ll start the day with meeting with Mr. Tomasz Trusewicz from Wentylacja Polska, Ventilation Association of Poland (www.wentylacja.org.pl). Meeting supports our goal to get an overall picture about the IAQ in Poland, as the intro and the discussions will be related to topics of clean air, standards, market and regulations and developments.
On second day our ecosystem IAQe will also have an internal session with external consultant to have a presentation about Polish IAQ market, market players and value chain including also a Q&A.
After internal session IAQe group haves’ lunch and then moves to the Warsaw’s Showroom of our partner company Tikkurila to get to hear Tikkurila’s success case in Poland.
After having a seminar, reception at the Residence of Ambassador of Finland, meeting many of Polish IAQ actor, getting familiar with the IAQ market in Poland and visiting Tikkurila’s premises in Warsaw, the two-day visit will come to on end on the behalf of IAQe. We’re really looking forward to visiting Poland with our ecosystem’s partner companies!
